ACCOMMODATION - Basic Charge

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Cleaner's Costs of £40, payable with deposit.
Security Fee of £100, which will be refunded following inspection of property and return of the key.
 
DEPOSIT
The sum of £140 is payable at time of booking, which includes the £40 cleaner costs.
 
BALANCE OF CHARGES
The balance of total accommodation costs, including the £100 security fee, is to be paid at least one calendar month prior to departure.
 
NOTE: Reservation dates and times are flexible to match your flights, but please contact us for prices and availability. We can accommodate longer or shorter periods of time. Again please contact us for availability.
